According to studies, about 60 percent of us make resolutions, but only 8 percent of us achieve them. Learn tools and tips to help you prioritize self-care, stress relief, personal growth and optimism in the new year during this valuable Orange Experience.

Self-care expert Janeane Bernstein ’88 will share advice on finding resilience in challenging times and making mental, physical and emotional health a priority. Tackle the GTFO Method (gratitude, thoughtfulness, flow and optimism) and create an action list and personalized activities to support it. We’ll finish the session with a chocolate meditation—make sure you have a wrapped piece of chocolate to learn how to savor the moment and slow down.

Join us live to receive an exclusive discount on Janeane’s book and for the chance to be one of three participants that win a Syracuse University spirit swag pack!
