Dissertation Defense: Nuzhath Fatema

The oral doctoral examination of Nuzhath Fatema, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, July 29, at 11 a.m. in Zoom.

Nuzhath Fatema’s advisor is Professor Shobha K Bhatia. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Eric M Lui, Dawit Negussey, Baris Salman, Samuel Patton Clemence, and Angel Palomino. Professor Ashok S. Sangani will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Flow Behavior of Granular Soil and Impounded Fly Ash Slurries.”
