The oral doctoral examination of Nneka Eke, candidate for the Ph.D. degree  will be held on Thursday, June 3, at 11 a.m. in Zoom.

Eke’s advisor is Professor Audie Klotz. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Linda Carty, Horace Campbell, Jenn Jackson and Francine D’Amico. Professor Chandra Mohanty will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Gender and the Political Economy of Oil in the Niger Delta”.
