The Newhouse School’s Mirror Awards are the most important awards for recognizing excellence in media industry reporting. Join us as we honor the reporters, editors and teams of writers who hold a mirror to their own industry for the benefit of our society and democracy.
Newhouse dean Mark J. Lodato will preside over this year’s virtual event, and Emmy Award-winning journalist and alumna Michelle Marsh ’05 will serve as master of ceremonies.
Juried journalism awards will be presented in six categories; finalists were announced in April.
In addition, the Fred Dressler Leadership Award will be presented to Jorge Ramos of Univision, and the inaugural Lorraine Branham IDEA Award will be presented to Brown Girls Doc Mafia.
