Dissertation Defense: Linda Pesciotta

The oral doctoral examination of Linda Pesciotta, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. in Zoom.

Pesciotta’s advisor is Professor John Tillotson. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Julia Snyder, Qiu Wang, Robin Jones and Jason Wiles. Professor Marion (Pat) Bickford will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Comparing Effectiveness and Perceived Characteristics of Active Learning Methods in Undergraduate Biology Education.”
