Stick and Puck is a great way for ice hockey and sled hockey players to practice their skills! Gloves and helmets with full shield/cage are required. Other padding is optional. Players should come dressed and ready for the ice. Scrimmaging is not permitted. Masks are required for unvaccinated individuals.
