Jen McCaffrey ’10, Boston Red Sox beat reporter for The Athletic, will discuss, “Working the Baseball Beat during a Pandemic,” March 10 as a guest of the Newhouse Sports Media Center and the magazine, newspaper and digital journalism department.
McCaffrey graduated from the Newhouse School with a degree in newspaper with minors in political science and marketing. Since then, she’s worked as a sports reporter for the Cape Cod Times and MassLive.com before joining The Athletic.
The discussion will be moderated by Alyssa Hertel, a magazine, news and digital journalism graduate student taking the sports media track.
