Individual interviews for potential candidates at 45 min increments.
Engineering Ambassadors, a STEM outreach community service group with the Mary Ann Shaw Center, conducted interviews for potential future site coordinators. We sent out 45-min time slots to each candidate either virtual or in-person for them to sign up for. The 7 coordinators deliberated after and chose their selections.
