Dissertation Defense: John Borchert

The oral doctoral examination of John Borchert, candidate for the PhD degree will be held on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 9:00 am in Zoom.

Borchert’s advisor is Professor Zachary J. Braiterman. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors William Robert, M. Gail Hamner, Christopher Hanson and Rachel Wagner. Professor Sascha Scott will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Immanent Technologies: Posthuman Digital Religion in America.”
