DeStress for Success is a series of workshops adjoining skill building surrounding improving mental and emotional health. Each workshop dives into a different aspect of Positive Psychology. Topics include: cultivating resilience, increasing mindfulness and engagement, identifying and using your strengths, strengthening communication skills and relationships, in addition to creating healthy habits and goals. Workshop hosted by the Lerner Center.
