The purpose of ANAD Week is to raise awareness and funds for the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD), one of our organization’s philanthropies.
Through our events during the week, we hope to encourage body positivity, self-love and mental health awareness on the Syracuse campus, as well as educate others on ANAD as an organization. Eating disorders and related issues are difficult to discuss, but we as a chapter wish to use ANAD Week to encourage conversations to help others become more knowledgeable and aware.
