Hear their perspectives on climbing the corporate ladder in male-dominated industries and how their Syracuse University training has helped them to be successful. The panel will include Gisele Marcus ’89, chief operations officer at NPWR; Maria Melendez ’89, chief diversity officer at Sidley Law; Constance Orlando ’89, executive vice president and head of programming at Black Entertainment Television (BET); and Jacqueline Welch ’91, executive vice president and chief human resources officer at The New York Times Company.
