Dissertation Defense: Mallory Hennigar

The oral doctoral examination of Mallory Hennigar, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Wednesday, March 31,  at 1 p.m. in Zoom.

Hennigar’s advisor is Professor Joanne Punzo Waghorne. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Gareth Fisher, James Watts, Ann Grodzins Gold and Radha Kumar. Professor Susan S. Wadley will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Boundation & Bindᾱs: Ambedkarite Youth in a Global Buddhist Movement.”
