Sara Gil: VP of Label Management & Operations | Soyars Leadership Lecture Series

Sara Gil is Vice President of Label Management and Operations at RECORDS, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. In her role, she oversees the day to day label operations, A&R operations, and release planning strategy for the label’s roster. RECORDS is an entrepreneurial boutique label, within a major, home to 24kGoldn, Noah Cyrus, Lennon Stella, and Matt Stell, amongst others. Sara is an alumna of Syracuse University’s Bandier Program and she started her career working for Grammy nominated record producer, Salaam Remi.
