Discussion on the Physics Department Climate Survey from Fall 2020 semester

For this week’s colloquium, Dr. Jennifer Ross will present and lead a discussion about the results of the Fall 2020 Physics Department Climate Survey. Dr. Ross is a professor of physics and the department chair.

Abstract

In Fall 2020, the Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity committee of the Syracuse University Department of Physics sent out a community-wide survey to staff, students, and faculty to report on how we are doing as a department. The results of this survey will be shared with the department through a discussion held on zoom. We hope all members of the department can attend – especially the student population.
