The oral doctoral examination of Amber Lenon, candidate for the Ph.D. degree  will be held on Friday, May 21, at 11 a.m. in Zoom.

Lenon’s advisor is Professor Duncan Brown. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Alexander Nitz, Stefan Ballmer, M. Lisa Manning and Jay Hubisz. Professor Natalie Russo will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Eccentricity of Merging Neutron Star Binaries$:$ Searches, Parameter Estimation, and Future Prospects.”
