The Specter of Dictatorship reveals how the U.S. Supreme Court’s presidentialism threatens our democracy and what to do about it.
This day-long symposium will address the major themes of Driesen’s book in panels that bring together top scholars of constitutional law, executive power, the Supreme Court, and the rule of law.
