Suicide can be a preventable cause of death. In this 2 hour training, students will learn how they can save a life using the evidence-based “Question Persuade Refer” (QPR) Method. Learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Additionally, participants who complete the training will receive the nationally recognized certificate that is valid for three years.
Each year thousands of people, just like you, are saying “Yes” to saving the life of a classmate, friend, or family member. Join the iSchool community in destigmatizing the topic of suicide and creating a more safe and supportive environment for those struggling.
