Now more than ever it is important to slow down and take time for self-care.  Art can be the perfect entry to a moment of rest. Take a moment out of your day to spend at the museum with a self-guided exercise on mindful looking, available at the front desk for visitors.

This program is presented as a part of Syracuse University’s Mental Health Awareness Week in collaboration with the Student Association.
