Research shows that emotional intelligence (EQ) is a more powerful predictor of success than IQ. The ability to recognize and redirect emotions that are not helpful, is rarely taught to us, yet it’s an essential skillset for success. Join us to uncover what emotions are, how they operate and how to work with them.
Bounce Back Better®, created by The Flourishing Center, is a resilience training program that teaches participants the key skills and theories they need to be more effective and adaptable in the world. When participants learn and apply these skills, they gain a sense of personal mastery and are better able to handle whatever life throws their way. These skills support people in caring for their mental, emotional, physical and social health. The B³ System consists of 16 modules, each of which falls into the category of either mental, emotional, physical or social skills. The 16 modules are intended as stand-alone sessions which can be taught as individual sessions or in consecutive order. The skills also progressively build on top of one another through four levels of competence.
