Dissertation Defense: Rowan Meador

The oral doctoral examination of Rowan Meador, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Zoom.

Meador’s advisor is Professor John Chisholm. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Nancy Totah, Michael Sponsler, Davoud Mozhdehi and James Hougland. Professor Scott Erdman will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Exploration of Carbon-Oxygen and Carbon-Nitrogen Bond Formation Utilizing Trichloroacetimidates and Investigations of New Reactions Mediated by Oxoammonium Salts.”
