The oral doctoral examination of Eric King, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, October 26, at 12:00 p.m. in Zoom.

King’s advisor is Professor Paul Souder. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Mitchell Soderberg, Simon M Catterall, Denver W Whittington and Joseph D Paulsen. Professor Scott Douglas Samson will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Utilizing Parity Violating Electron Scattering as a Probe to Measure the Neutron Radius of  208Pb.
