Through yoga exercise (asana), balance postures, breathing techniques and relaxation, cultivate a sense of wellbeing. The slow flow of the accessible yoga class, experience breath centered practice that extends throughout the body with slow elastic movements. After a series of calming yin poses settle into deep relaxation.
