This event has already occurred. The information may no longer be valid.

Students in Professor Sarah Fuchs’s HOM 400 Sound Cultures class will premiere original MIDI (musical instruments digital interface) compositions created for the Everson Museum of Art’s immersive sound installation “Soundtracks for a Present Future” (designed by Charley Friedman). Throughout the semester, the students have spent an extensive amount of time at the Everson familiarizing themselves with the installation, which features dozens of second-hand guitars, mandolins and more, and they are excited to share the pieces they have created with the public. Please feel free to join us for this short lunch-time concert (general admission for adults $8, students $6).
