Yin is a Chinese style of yoga that focuses on meditation and strengthening the joints. Each pose is held for two to five minutes, with the help of props to promote muscle relaxation and the healing of connective tissues. Through stillness, you learn to clear your mind as you process and ultimately let go of harmful thoughts.
