The focus of the webinar will be on the management and strategic challenges (due to COVID, re-emergence of China, Russian invasion of Ukraine, inflation, labor shortage, etc.) faced by the panelists’ employing organizations/industries in particular and the U.S. economy in general, and the reactions of their organizations/industries.

Moderator:

Cameron Miller is an assistant professor of management at the Whitman School. His research interests include technology strategy and business ecosystems. His research has appeared in top academic journals in his field, like Strategic Management Journal, and in practitioner-oriented journals like Harvard Business Review. He has won multiple awards for his research and for his editorial review board service. Prior to earning his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, Professor Miller worked for Standard & Poor’s in New York City, as a director in the global fixed income research department. He has also held various positions in finance, operations and research for investment and consulting firms. He earned a B.S. in business administration from Duquesne University, an M.A. in economics from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
