Dissertation Defense: Chelsea Stinson

The oral doctoral examination of Chelsea Stinson, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, August 4, at 12 p.m. in 220 Huntington Hall.

Stinson’s advisor is Professor Beth A. Ferri. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Christine E. Ashby, Julia M. White, Valentina Migliarini, Zaline M. Roy-Campbell, and Kathleen A. Hinchman. Professor Laura-Anne Minkoff-Zern will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Critical Aspirations: Disability, Education, and Community Cultural Wealth in A Sanctuary City.”
