The oral doctoral examination of Alona Kulesha, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Thursday, August 18, at 2 p.m. in a Zoom session and 237 Sims Hall.
Kulesha’s advisor is Professor Ivan V. Korendovych. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Robert P. Doyle, Carlos A. Castaneda, Timothy M. Korter and Mathew M. Maye. Professor Liviu Movileanu will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Design of novel metalloenzymes and investigation of protein-metal interactions.”
