Genealogy in the Humanities invites you to an ‘author-meets-readers’ seminar with Professor Peter Verovšek (University of Groningen), who will present work in progress from his current research project, Engaged Critical Theory: Jürgen Habermas as a Public Intellectual.

Professor Verovšek is a political theorist with expertise in European integration, memory studies, contemporary continental political theory, twentieth century intellectual history. He is the author of Memory and the Future of Europe: Rupture and Integration in the Wake of Total War, Manchester University Press, 2020.

The seminar is open to faculty and graduate students. Readings will be made available for registered seminar participants approximately ten days before the seminar.
