Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a form of yoga that links the breath, movement and poses together. This class will allow students to hold poses for longer periods of time to create a deeper opening in the body. This class will combine a relaxed atmosphere with a therapeutic pace, which is unique for a vinyasa session.
