Join our Students Advocating for Mental Health Empowerment (SAMHE) peer educators for various creative sessions that incorporate mindfulness and contemplative practice. Some examples include playing the We’re Not Really Strangers card game, practicing meditation, goal setting and decorating journals.

This week’s activity is self-love/affirmations painting and meditation. We hope to see you there!
