Doug Kamp is the chief creative officer for Mower. For more than two decades, Kamp has helped global A-list brands build authentic and enduring connections with their customers that transform their business and, in some cases, their industries. Clients include Sony, USG, Grant Thornton, Aflac, Kimberly-Clark, Miller Brewing, Dell, McDonalds, International Truck and many others.

Kamp’s goal is to help guide and build a culture where people feel inspired to create unconventional ideas; to cultivate independent, entrepreneurial problem solving; and to instill collaboration across every interaction.

All of this has led to Agency of the Year selections in 7 of the last 11 years, as well as numerous honors including multiple Best of Shows, Grand Prixs, Effies and more. Most recently, Mower was also named a Best Place to Work by both AdAge and PR Week.

Prior to joining Mower, Kamp was the head of creative at gyro, helping to not only build the gyro brand, mission and vision from the ground up, but also growing the Chicago office four-fold. Prior to joining gyro, Kamp was GCD at Bagby, CD at J. Walter Thomson, and art director at TBWA and D’Arcy.

A graduate and student-athlete from Washington University in St. Louis, Kamp currently resides in Chicago, and is most proud of the family he has built with his wife, Debra and the countless friends he has been able to work with and for.
