Black Health and Wellness Expo: Climate Change – Impacts on the Culture

From urban heat islands to heightened vulnerability to extreme weather events, the effects of climate change will hit Black people differently — this includes impacts across the Diaspora.  Join Prof. Lemir Teron (Assistant Professor, Department  Environmental Studies at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry) as he breaks down the impact of climate change on the culture and ways we can protect our people and planet.
