Dissertation Defense: Chen Zhong

The oral doctoral examination of Chen Zhong, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, which will be held on Thursday, January 27, at 10 a.m. in Zoom.

Zhong’s advisors are Professors Mustafa Cenk Gursoy and Senem Velipasalar. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Pramod Kumar Varshney, Sara Eftekharnejad, Biao Chen and Qinru Qiu. Professor Carlos Enrique Caicedo Bastidas will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “learning-based decision making in wireless communications.”
