Dissertation Defense: Tackla Winston

The oral doctoral examination of Tackla Winston, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, July 19, at 10 a.m. in Link Hall, room 373.

Winston’s advisor is Professor Zhen Ma. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Pranav Soman, Era Jain, Jason Horton and Karin Wuertz-Kozak. Professor Teng Zhang will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Targeted differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells from induced pluripotent stem cells to generate extracellular vesicles for therapeutic applications.”
