The oral doctoral examination of Michelle Berry, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Friday, June 10, at 12 p.m. EST in the Physics Building room 202/204.
Berry’s advisor is Professor Christian Santangelo. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Joseph Paulsen, Jennifer Schwarz, M. Lisa Manning and Ryan Hayward. Professor Teng Zhang will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Mechanologic: Designing Mechanical Devices that Compute.”
