The oral doctoral examination of Christopher Donohue, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Wednesday, June 22, at 11 a.m. in the Carnegie Building, room 122.
Donohue’s advisor is Professor Leonid Kovalev. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Uday Banerjee, Dan Coman, Jani Kristian Onninen and Andrew L Vogel. Professor Joseph D Paulsen will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Distortion Estimates for Conformal Maps Predicated on Geometric Properties of a Domain.”
