This exciting kickboxing class incorporates cardio, weights and core exercises into a 50-minute segment that will FLY by! The instructor will lead you through punching and kicking combos, cardio and HIIT segments, as well as a full-body free-weights workout. This class is high-energy but great for all levels because we want you to start where you are, use what you have and do what you can.
