Leaders in Communications: Catching Up with Speedy Morman ’16

Chris “Speedy” Morman ’16 is an on-camera host for “The Hype” on HBO Max and host, journalist and editorial producer at Complex. Whether it’s conducting interviews with the biggest athletes, actors and artists in the world, covering tentpole events like the Grammys and the NBA Finals or hosting livestreams for millions of viewers, Speedy’s high-energy, relatable on-camera presence allows him to do it all.

Jordan Pierre ’23, a junior dual major in the Newhouse School and the Whitman School, and Our Time Has Come Scholar, will moderate the conversation. This event is co-sponsored by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Office of Multicultural Advancement.
