The purpose of this panel is to engage BIPOC students and faculty in discussion around how BIPOC graduate students might go about prioritizing their wellbeing amidst the demands of academia, career pursuits, community involvement, and the ongoing fight to achieve equitable futures. Our goal is to share stories, strategies, and ideas that assist attendees with finding a sustainable balance between self-care and the demands of graduate school as a BIPOC student.
