The oral doctoral examination of Thomas Welles, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Friday, March 11, at 11:45 a.m. in Zoom and Syracuse CoE, Center for Excellence, room 203.
Welles’s advisor is Professor Jeongmin Ahn. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Edward Bogucz, Quinn Qiao, Benjamin Ricciardi and Jeremy Gilbert. Professor Weiwei Zheng will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Investigation of Electrochemical Surface Reactions Induced by Oscillatory Electric Potentials on Metal Based Electrodes.”
