Media Relations Training for Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff are invited to a virtual meeting to meet Syracuse University’s media relations team in this virtual lunch and learn. The media relations office at SU helps disseminate research and thought leadership by the campus community to the media, from the local to the international and everything in between. In this meeting you will:

• Meet the team
• Learn about the process of getting SU news to the appropriate media outlets
• How you can get your work in front of a wider audience

The media relations team will give an overview for best practices during interviews, whether it is for print, online, video, radio or podcasts. The format is open to anyone interested in learning more and there will be plenty of time for questions and answers. Bring your lunch for a casual and informative hour learning about media relations!
