Meditation and Mindfulness Activities: Mindful Eating

Join our Students Advocating for Mental Health Empowerment (SAMHE) peer educators for various creative sessions that incorporate mindfulness and contemplative practice. Some examples include playing the We’re Not Really Strangers card game, practicing meditation, goal setting and decorating journals. We hope to see you there!

Dimension of Wellness: Spiritual

Workshop Activity: Explore mindful eating and its physical and physiological impacts on the body, while gaining awareness of food when eating specific items. There will also be a meditation portion.

Attend a workshop within each Dimension of Wellness to earn a graduation medallion and certificate!
