Having trouble starting, continuing, or finishing an upcoming class assignment or project?

All of us procrastinate occasionally, especially when it comes to work we worry about or believe will take a lot of time. This helpful workshop will introduce you to easy-to-use mindfulness techniques that reduce stress and make it easier to tackle any academic assignment you have been postponing.
