Dissertation Defense: Amir Ali Montakhab

The oral doctoral examination of Amir Ali Montakhab, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, May 31,  at 11 a.m. in Microsoft Zoom.

Montakhab’s advisor is Professor Benjamin Akih Kumgeh. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Mehmet Sarimurat, Jeongmin Ahn, Thong Dang and Yiyang Sun. Professor Ashok Sangani will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Numerical Investigation of The Effect of Inlet Turbulence Intensity on a Bluff-Body Stabilized Flame at Near Flame Blow-Off Conditions.”
