Dissertation Defense: Rowan Bell

The oral doctoral examination of Rowan Bell, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Tuesday, May 31, at 10 a.m. in 538 Hall of Languages.

Bell’s advisor is Professor Hille Paakkunainen. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Kara Richardson, Verena Erlenbusch-Anderson, Luvell Anderson and Katharine Jenkins. Professor William Robert will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Gender Norms and Gendered Traits.”
