Join us for a discussion about the prospects for meeting US commitments under the Paris Climate Agreement in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision in West Virginia v EPA and the Inflation Reduction Act. Our multidisciplinary panel of experts will touch on a range of economic, legal and political issues including the EPA’s remaining options for regulating the electric sector under the Clean Air Act, federal and state rules for new vehicles, and incentives for new technology.
Faculty participants will include: Peter Wilcoxen (moderator), David Driesen, David Popp, and Sarah Pralle.
