Emily Teele has built an impressive career mastering the art and science behind attracting and retaining the most valuable consumers.

And why that matters. She’s held top marketing roles at Sephora, Williams-Sonoma, west elm and Uber.

Since joining Nike in 2020, Teele has been trusted to build teams and lead some of the company’s most strategic initiatives across Marketplace Development, Consumer Services and Membership. Most recently Teele was asked to relocate to Amsterdam, where she leads Member Marketing for Nike EMEA.

Teele is recognized for her ability to create innovative and insight-driven strategy, aimed at recognizing, rewarding and retaining consumers. She is a champion of customer centric practices, including the use of actionable insights and signals and nudge marketing tactics to deliver growth outcomes.

She is also a celebrated servant-leader, with a track record of building strong, purpose-driven teams. Her philosophical belief is that employee retention equals consumer retention, and that high quality work comes from high functioning teams.
