Demystifying mindfulness for individual/societal wellbeing during COVID-19: A meta-scientific and global perspective

Ishan Shivanand, Founder of Yoga of Immortals (YOI) is a world-renowned Mental health Professor and researcher with expertise in non-pharmaceutical, non-invasive meditative modalities. He is also a performance coach with excellence in preventative mental and emotional health, stress reduction and burnout prevention.
The significant clinical findings of these IRB approved studies were published in leading international peer-reviewed medical journals. Using a sample of 11,000+ individuals from 31 countries, research during the COVID-19 pandemic showed over 72% of study participants reported improvement in physical, mental, and emotional health parameters like depression, anxiety, insomnia, urinary incontinence and quality of life.
