Operation Orange Warm-Up Winter Clothing Drive

The Office of Community Engagement, in partnership with Dr. Ruth Chen, Chancellor’s House, is organizing a coat drive to benefit those in need in the Central New York community. The primary collection will take place starting at 6:00 pm before the final Orange football home game vs. Florida State on Saturday, Nov. 12.
New and gently-used winter jackets in all sizes and styles will be collected at 11 points outside the JMA Wireless Dome on game day. Additionally, coats will be collected the week following (Nov. 14-18) at Hendricks Chapel and the Nancy Cantor Warehouse.
Benefiting organizations include InterFaith Works, Catholic Charities, and Hendricks Chapel, who will help facilitate getting coats to our own students in need.
